5. Records Available Only by Formal Request

- Tax and accounting records (kept for 5 years per the Tax Administration Act)

6. Request Procedure
- Complete Form 02 (private body request) prescribed under PAIA.
- Submit it to the Information Officer at the contact above.
- We respond within 30 days, as required by PAIA.
- Prescribed fees may apply per the PAIA Regulations.
7. Grounds for Refusal
We may refuse a request under PAIA where disclosure would unreasonably invade the privacy of a third party, breach commercial confidentiality, or fall within other statutory grounds.
8. Remedies
If your request is refused, you may lodge an internal appeal, complain to the Information Regulator, or apply to a competent court.
