- WhatsApp messages, chatbot conversations and quote requests

3. Why We Collect It (Lawful Purpose)
- To arrange collection, washing and delivery of your laundry
- To contact you about your order, quote or tracking code
- To process payments and keep accurate business records (Tax Act compliance)
- To improve our service and respond to enquiries
4. Consent
By submitting a booking, contacting us on WhatsApp or using our online tools, you give us informed consent to process your personal information for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — note that we may be unable to provide the service without certain information.
5. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- Our hosting and backend providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) for secure data storage
- Payment processors when you pay electronically
- Authorities where required by law (e.g. SARS, SAPS, courts)
6. Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with role-based access controls and row-level security. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
7. Retention
We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service, and thereafter for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting laws. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
